Housing has gotten insane.
You can't find a normal house for less than 650 and then there are bidding wars.
Even out of town at this point is unaffordable.
I would love to find in Lakewood but it seems impossible.

Both aren’t really pine lake park. Oak knoll is across a very busy road and has about 10 families.

People are starting to move into Brick
Nobody looked at Brick because it's a beach town the the prices where higher, what was affordable was tiny.
Now every place went up and Brick not so much that it's not so much more.
you can get a home for $650, there are neighborhoods that have a minyon.

Which are in brick are people moving to? Past the Trader Joe’s shopping center closer to Tom’s River border? Or closer to the water and Howell border?

Lanes Mill right out of rain tree
some where on Van Zile
Behind the hospital
Could be more that's what I heard
Two years ago I know someone was trying to get people to move into a neighborhood near Toms River right off RT70 she was telling people that the schools are so close there even if you don't get bussing it's still a lot closer then Jackson. I don't know if she got anyone.

I don’t know how you guys deal with the real estate pricing there. Insane!!! I’m terrified for when Lakewood pricing goes up to that eventually. I’m already priced out at these “measly” prices.
