I don't have info but if you're nearby, just an idea, isn't there someone we'll known I think maybe in Monsey named Tzipora who has does repairs? Hatzlacha

I’m a sheitel macher.
U can run ur question by a wig colorist but from what I know nothing can be done. Permanent marker on silk is.. permanent. And bleach will kill the silk and the hair Sad
