I'm a qualified nurse for 13 years and don't make 80 shekel an hour. Salary for secretaries is about 49 shekel an hour if you are lucky!

Are you able to work in Hebrew, or do you need an English speaking office?
You might be better off looking for remote jobs from America.
80-100₪ per hour is higher than one would expect for entry level office work without training or qualifications.
