How do you not beg your children to help you ?
Also, how do you get your kids to clean their own rooms as a routine to minimize resistance. In their rooms their clothes are just strewn all over the floor whether washed, or dirty. I even have to beg them to put their clothes in the hamper.
Or how do you get them to wash their own dish? Just ONE DISH!!

Do they show you love in other ways.
From what I understand about the 5LL, it's not only about what you want others to do for you, it's about recognizing their love for you in the ways that they express it.
But on the topic of how to get kids to keep their room clean and tidy...
put a hamper in each bedroom.
About chores in general, you have to find the job that they like doing. Reward. Thank them. Make a big deal.
Charts, prizes.
Make a family meeting to discuss.
