DH and I can get away for 3-4 days this summer and we want to go somewhere in the US. Requirements are: mild weather, kosher food and beautiful nature (preferably ocean but would consider other settings).
Any ideas?

depending on where you’re coming from (I wouldn’t fly from east coast to west coast for 3 days given jet lag and travel time but that’s me)
Ocean:
LA
San Diego
Newport
Mountain:
Denver
Desert
Phoenix (hot!)
Vegas
You’ll have vastly more options if you consider bringing food with you

Phoenix and Vegas are hot but Denver is warm too but she can travel up to Vail or the Rockies .
OP can you clarify what you mean by mild?

VT often has a kosher summer program in August, and NH has a kosher hotel in the summer. The weather is usually mild and the nature views and activities are very pretty. If you're willing to fly, San Diego is a great option.

Minneapolis is gorgeous in the summer. 70's, very low humidity. Loads of parks, lakes, waterfalls, hikes, etc. Attractions like Mall of America. Small frum community so there is kosher food and minyanim available.
