I'll be on vacation for 1 week, and 1 main cooked meal a day is provided.

I have to bring along all other food, though I can buy fruits and vegetables

I won't be able to cook anything

I eat a mostly low carb diet

What should I bring along? Meanwhile my list has:
tuna
nuts

I usually eat a lot of eggs and other protein, but I don't have anyplace to cook

I'd love some ideas of things to bring along

I'm crossing borders and I don't know what I'm allowed to bring with me...
I'll try to google and find out

Do these things freeze well for a 5 hour plane ride?

Can you bring along an egg cooker? You can buy fresh eggs wherever you are.

They sell very low carb wraps and also I've seen egg/cauliflower wraps.
String cheese
Chummus and avocado
Chickpeas would be good but you said low carb...

avocado is a great idea, thanks! I forgot about that. I can eat some beans and chickpeas , maybe I'll bring along a few cans.

I guess the first step is clarifying if I'll have access to a fridge. and the rules for bringing cheese or dry meat over the border

If you can plug into an outlet a Betty crocker, or a sandwich maker or a grill or a hot plate, there is even a portable pack hotplate, that nobody sees its a hotplate more like insulated package if looks like then you can have more options
