I put it on a piece of parchment paper in the Betty Crocker, put some veggies on the other side, spray all with oil spray and sprinkle with spices. I use garlic salt or a fish spice. Can also put a drop of lemon juice on the fish, but not too much it will be too liquidy. I let it cook for about 8 minutes. Delicious texture.

If u eat fish and milk together I turn over a slice on a sprayed pan and put on salt, pepper, garlic powder then bake for about 6 minutes on on 375 then I flip them and drizzle mozzarella cheese on the other side I put them back in just until the cheese starts bubbling it’s so good

to get out the fishy taste, pour a lot of salt on it, let it sit for about 1/2 hour, then rinse it off very well. then continue onto any recipe you want.
my favorites are breaded and fried or oven baked
or sauté onions, peppers, and tomatoes and put a generous amount on top of the fish, bake for 1/2 hour

Plunk tilapia in pan.
Pour over canned/jarred tomato based sauce of choice (we use salsa or matbucha)
Cover pan tightly and bake at 400F. (I use frozen tilapia, takes 20-30 minutes)
I sometimes pour in frozen veggies with the fish, before the sauce
Goes very well with rice or couscous
