My dd is worried that sandwiches are nerdy.
What lunches do you send5-8 yr olds for camp?

Wraps instead of bread, folded over in half moon. My kids love baking it with bit of marinara and cheese, it’s like a pizza pocket. They do 2 so it should be filling

Why so much junk?
I do:
Small container tuna salad/ egg salad/ avocado/ hummus/ lox salad/cottage cheese etc with mini carrots, mini cucumbers, grape tomatoes, Melba toast.
Yogurt with fruits
Banana
String cheese
Salad with chickpeas- little cup of dressing
Apples
Salad with hard boiled eggs
Cup grapes
