A single mum is being taken to court by her nasty x and urgently needs a barrister/solicitor to represent her.
I would appreciate any recommendations for a barrister or solicitor that you have experience with and are happy to recommend him/her.

It is in the UK and B"H he has given the Get but he is bringing her to court on other matters so she needs a good legal representative.

bH she has the get, but I was thinking maybe they'd have good legal recommendations for the civil side of things.

I would definitely contact Rifka at GetoutUK, I am sure she has dealt with this before. Men who deny a get are abusive in other ways.

Yes it is London.
He also took her to Bais Din and at the same time applied to court. Bais Din wrote a few letters to the mum telling her what points her ex wished to raise. She agreed to go to Bais Din but asked for the Bais Din to ensure her x cancelled the case with the court before the case is heard at Bais Din but the Bais Din didn't do this.
