Where can I find with hechsher in Brooklyn?

They are sold in the local supermarkets here in Crown Heights, have you checked your regular supermarket? You may be surprised. The brand I buy is called WEL-PAC and it's imported from Australia, with an Australian hechsher.

Are they refrigerated, in the pasta aisle? I tried KRM, Gourmet Glatt/Cerdo, and Shop Rite with no luck.

Ah, no, these are the dried kind. I've never seen the fresh kind with a hechsher, but I've also never looked.

I’ve found them in non Jewish Chinese stores - on Ave U in the teens and in sunset park near boropark.
You have to check in the fridge section and some of them have an OU.

Doesn’t Gefen make such noodles? They make some kind of Asian-style noodles, sold and available widely in the freezer section of most supermarkets.
