My daughter just came back from seminary and would like to keep in touch with her madricha. She isn't able to call Israeli cellphones from our landline and wants to be able to call Israel from a cell with a local Israeli number. And also American numbers from a local American number. Similar to a seminary phone/plan. Does such a thing exist in America? I would appreciate any information the helpful imas can provide.
