Do you let your kids play with those? If yes did it get on their clothes/ linen and were you able to get it off? My kids really want it but I’m afraid it will get stuck on their clothes and that would be it. What else is similar to it that is safer to use?

Silly putty gets all over the kids blankets etc and does not come out. Don't get it unless you know your child will be careful and put it away and not bring it until their bed etc.
Slime gets all over everything too

Right so is there something else similar that doesn’t stick that can be played with and pulled?

No way. My kids have lots of squishes. All types and shapes. The ones with things inside do pop sometimes but still way easier to clean up. Some are pulled, some are squished.. it’s the same sensory input.

White vinegar takes out slime
Kinetic sand is great. Put it in a bin and let them play with it in the bin. Vacuums up easily or just play outside and shake it off.

Not sure about silly putty but my granddaughter got slime all over her skirt, I put her skirt in the freezer for 48 hours and when I took it out it just flaked right off.

No, just no. Every time that stuff comes home it goes immediately in the garbage. I’ve got enough to clean up as it is thank you very much! Play dough is great, kinetic sand etc.
