Is it possible to make cherry fruit soup

I use pitted sour cherries from can, frozen strawberries and cut up apple and Cinnamon to make fruit soup. I pour in entire can including juice, Maybe 2 cans. The more water you add, the less sweet if becomes and it tastes more diluted which isn't great. So it's hard to figure out exactly how much water. Cook for about an hour.

I would buy fresh sweet cherries.

I use sugar free vanilla pudding mix to thicken and sweeten

you can also use eggs or sour cream to thicken though not sweeten.

there was a strawberry, blueberry and one more flavour milky fruit soup on kosher.com I once saw and I cant find it.

it had a picture of 3 jars with 3 diff fruits blended with yogurt I think or heavy cream.

anyone know what I am talking about?
