where in monsey can I buy a carb fee or super low carb lunch?
such as grilled veg and cheese.
or sushi salad (without rice).
or a salad that is affordable.
any ideas?
any pizza shops that would have a healthy option so my kids and dh can have pizza and I have healthy option?

I'm not from Monsey either but many pizza places have salads and/or falafel and/or fish
If I were you I'd check their menus online or call up just to know there are options and then I'd choose when I get there
