You can also try Dr. Harvey Richman in Manasquan. There's also Dr. Lederman, based in Israel, but he does part of the eval remotely and sends you to someone in Lakewood to complete the other tests he needs. You need to make sure to go to a developmental optometrist, not an opthalmologist or regular optometrist.
