We have a split unit system in our house. We are having problems since the day we moved in. It's been a few years already and dh had enough. He's looking for an expert to figure out what the issue is. We are located in Brooklyn. Can be non jewish guy but must speak and understand English. (The guy that installed it for us is neither. Doesn't speak and doesn't understand one word. Our contractor dealt with him)

Not sure if you mentioned where you’re located in but if you’re in Monsey Monroe area triangle cooling is the top and nicest guy. Maybe call him and hear what he says.
