Does anyone have experience with this cut? How do I cook it? Any delicious recipes?

Follow a London broil recipe and broil it until medium. Slice it right before serving, and plate it over a salad.

It’s a fairly large piece. How do I know when it’s ready? Is there a guideline of x min per lb?

About 7 min total per lb. Calculate total pounds and then flip halfway through that total.
