Anything that can be cooked In hot water. Mashed potatoes.. ramen.. couscous. Tuna in Packets, canned food..
As far as I know, You can bring as many suitcases as you want.
We had a fridge and bought cold cuts.
Wraps bread.
And we also ordered the airline food. They have fruits and veg and oud yogurts and stuff.

Didn't see this.
not sure where you are going, or leaving from,
but is it just not the fresh kosher option or they don't offer prepackaged airline food at all?

I don’t believe they would allow a microwave but what frozen foods did you have in mind?

I forgot about peanut butter and jelly!
Beef jerkey, dried salami,
I don't think any cruise lets you bring any electrics other than a shaver/hair iron or something like that. I'm almost sure they did provide a hair dryer

Microwave is waaay bigger and heavier than. A Betty crocker, but besides, they don't let any appliances more than a shaver/hair iron
They do provide clothes irons.. Royal Carriebean I know does

How long are you going for? Can you bring any appliances-george forman, cheese toaster etc?
Will you have fridge or freezer space?
I've never been on a cruise, but I have been away without kosher food available at our destination.
You should be able to buy airplane type meals which can be heated in their ovens or microwaves.
Things like cans of tuna, baked beans etc are all shelf stable. We've bought wraps which are more preserved so don't go stale, then you can do tuna with veg all in a wrap.
Cooked pasta or rice served cold (either previously frozen or in the fridge) with pieces of chicken or meat.
I think we managed to cook couscous with hot water.
Bread and spreads.
Some foods liked grilled chicken works cold.
I also don't know if they have any food that you can eat? When we've stayed in hotels, we could usually eat the cereal, with soy or almond milk, and obviously fruit.

Yes grilled chicken and cold cuts are great ideas! Looking for more ideas like that.
No heating machines allowed. Yes freezer and fridge
