If you are looking for an affordable community in New Jersey aprox a half hour from Lakewood with reasonable real estate prices, consider East Windsor’s Twin River’s planned Community, Congregation Toras Emes.

The school in Jacksonville is really very small and probably not yeshivish enough
It's mixed till 8th grade
Also not sure if they learn on a high level .it's very basic

I live in S Florida and I have 5 children who are getting services. The system just works differently here but you definitely can get services.

Anyway, this thread is 3 years old. Meantime S Florida has exploded population wise and thousands of people have moved in the last few years and the community is doing great, lots of new schools, shuls, markets, etc but housing has become very expensive and doubled in my area.
