Boys is easier.
I just use a hair cutting machine.
Do over the top on 3.
Don't cut the peyos!
Gently do near th bottom with a 2.
Take off the piece and don't shave with it, just house it to cut hairs that stick out on neck, make the hair a straight line...
I'm sure there are videos online.

Check YouTube, there are tons of haircutting tutorials. For the girls, get a good pair of hair cutting scissors. If any of them have curly or wavy hair, try that first because you won’t notice unevenness as much! Also, always cut less than you think because the hair is longer when wet and combed out.
Are there any teens in your neighborhood learning to cut hair? They often are a lot cheaper.

Cutting for length for girls is pretty easy if they are wearing a striped shirt

This is so smart!
I cut my boys hair but am afraid to cut my daughter’s. I have to try this now. The only issue is I don’t think she has a striped shirt…

Didn’t we all learn to do that during Covid? Or was it only me?

I nearly always cut my son's hair. They sell kits with the numbers and it's super easy. For simchas I get a professional cut. 1-2 times a year. My girls I always cut. Right now girls have long hair so just straight across. I also cut my hair. My husband gets his done but he also gets a beard trim each time. I would rather spend money on food.

With scissors
Don't cut too much, rather it be too long than too short...you'll figure it out with time

It's not that difficult, OP. Give it a try! Look up tutorials on YouTube before you start. I recommend putting the little ones in front of a screen while you cut so they don't get so impatient, you will need some time the first times around.
I cut both my boys and my girls with scissors, always have done. Think about all the money you will save over the years. This is a skill that's really worth learning! It doesn't have to be perfect the first time, I'm sure your adorable kids will look cute anyway! It's not that hard, just try. Hatzlacha!
