We had this last night with leftover shabbos chicken that I shredded up. https://natashaskitchen.com/av.....cipe/ I put it in wraps and toasted them. Was really good.
Tonight is something with bonless thighs still not sure yet.

Potato wedges, onion and zuchinni and bone in chicken on one sheet pan. Brushed with spices and a bit of oil and baked at 400 for an hour and a half. Delicious. And salad
