Hi. I am looking for a place for family get together for about 45 people. Someone suggested old Seagate Kimpeturin Home. Does anyone have contact info for them and know if they rent for a Shabbos?

I tried that number, but no one answers. Is there a different number or contact for old Seagate Kimpeturin house? Someone told me they rent for Shabbos and it can fit around 40.
