I'm trying to load music to MP3 player but my computer is not detecting the device- nothing comes up when I insert, and it's not listed under devices in Computer. It does start charging once I insert so it seems it's connected properly.
I tried it on another computer and doesn't work either. Any insight?

Try to click on the bottom right there a few options like blue tooth and more. Try to see “my device”
