I want to get an audio player for my kids ages 5 and 7 to listen to during meals. I want stories and music, stories can be secular. Which thing would be best?

How is that better than Spotify or Apple Music?

I was hoping for something that wouldn’t connect to my phone. I can do Apple Music from an old iPad. Are there a lot of options for Apple Music stories? How can I let my kids pick music safely?

I would recommend tonie because it’s also interactive- the kids can put on different tonies

I prefer something with only Jewish options.
.
With Spotify I’ve had it jump to something I’d prefer not to play.

I have the Tonie my kids love it. But I’m not sure how I feel about the fact I can’t remove certain stories or songs I don’t like. The National Geographic ones my kids love! And then we have the Marshall and the original one with all the nursery rhymes (I’d love to delete some of the rhymes though)

Forgot to add Tonie does have blank 90 minute ones that you can load with your own stories. I bought one but haven’t had a chance to sit down and figure out how to use it and/or record.

I have a cd player with a USB socket. I loaded a USB with stories or music that they can listen to. Or they can play cds. Lower tech than the other options, but less chance of them listening to something they shouldn't.
