I had an emergency
I was mixing cheesecake batter when I had a call and need to leave asap.
I put the bowl in the fridge
Can the batter stay in the fridge
How long
Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar.
I was about to add eggs when I got the call

I’ve never done it but I would think that mixture can be in the fridge for a few hour till you can finish it. You might need to let it get to room temp before adding the rest of the ingredients so it blends well.
