I’m 33 and I used to be able to wear heels no problem like at 21 I would walk in heels. At the time ppl told me it’s a huge no no. Now I am in brutal pain from wearing heels above 3 inches and even 3 is hard. Is it an age thing or am I just out of shape or possibly damaged my muscles like I was warned ten plus years ago? Never yet been pregnant.

It has nothing to do with being in shape. My 20 year old coworkers who haven't worked out a day in their life wear them. I'm double their age, work out a few times a week, and can barely wear them lately.

Wearing heels can damage your feet, legs, and back.
Maybe you should listen to what your body is telling you and switch to flatter shoes? It shouldn't be difficult to find nice flats or even low heels.
