Excuse the ignorance, but why would kolichel need a different recipe from any other tough cut of meat?

I’d love to serve it as a meat dish, next to rice and veggies. Any recipes for that?

What kind of recipe are you looking for?
Why not just take out the meat from the soup, slice it, and serve it with the rice?
Bonus: you have to cook a separate dish

I’ve done it on the stove and served it and it’s yum. I sautéed an onion till translucent and then add in a drop of soy sauce or coconut aminos a nice amount of basic spices like paprika onion garlic, minced garlic, nice amount of maple syrup and a little chicken soup or water (not to cover) cook it covered and check on it after an hour. Cook till soft on low. I had it pulled and I’ve made for other people and they love that it’s not fatty.

I throw it in the crockpot with onions, red wine, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Shred to serve as pulled beef.
