My son is going into mesivta and I need help buying (cheap) preferably slim fit shirts foe the summer. What do your boys wear? He says some boys wear short sleeve dress shirts. One boy had a shirt that looks like a dress shirt but is cotton/tshirt material. I called the store and it's $55 a shirt!
Please share what your boys wear.

Regular dress shirts that they wear all year long.
If they're doing sports, they change into dri fit t-shirts.
This is my experience with camps like Kol Torah, Yeshiva camps (several yeshivos combined), trip to E"Y, down time bain hasedarim during the zman, etc
(Not Lakewood)

Agreed. This is what my boys wear. Regular white shirts like they wear during the year. Dri-fit (for some reason this is essential?? what's wrong with cotton?) t-shirts for sports.

The boys I see around my town wear tiro pants with slides and then a white dress shirt untucked.
It is so strange to me. Why wear a dress shirt with sports pants? I dont understand teenagers.
In camp, I think the boys wear t shirts for sports.

Mine wear regular long sleeve. From what I've seen, that's the norm, but could be dependent on location?

Bochurim mainly wear long sleeve white shirts. It does look out of place when one wears short sleeve.
