Did not realize how teeny the cubes are
My kids don't like stir fry with veggies, what else can I make with such small pieces?

Mix it with pasta and tomato sauce
Cut potatoes into equally sized cubes, sautéed onion, mix with the chicken, add spices and bake
Make it into sesame chicken

I use it for chicken with rice, farfel, couscous. I cook it together.

Shwarma chicken with onions to serve in pita or laffa.
Chicken kebabs.
Stir fried with soy, brown sugar, garlic, baby corn and mushrooms and severd over ramen noodles for Chinese.
Velveted any chicken, for any Chinese dish (sesame chicken, sweet & sour, general tsos...).
Make a one dish Israeli/pearl couscous and chicken.

Shwarma spice with diced onions (and mushrooms if they will eat).
Any other spices on a bed of rice.
Easy soup-sauté the chicken, add boxed chicken broth and frozen mixed veggies. Either add in rice or orzo/any small pasta or starve with French bread.
