If they didn’t clearly post the change in policy you can try filing a claim with the ftc

This has been the case for like a year now. It's always been from the time of order, not delivery and when they switched to 35 days there was a few months you could ask for a courtesy short extension and then they got rid of any way to contact customer service...

Seems to be out of stock since they are long sleeves. Also the ones I have are 100% cotton and Shein is mainly. polyester with a lil viscose, way too suffocating for Israeli summers.

OP, I don't get it. Isn't 25 days enough to be able to decide if you want to keep the item or not?

I order a lot online (including Ali express). I’m not sure what the hype is about SHEIN. Every order I’ve made there in the past I’ve had to return 80%. Almost All their stuff are and look like junk! Fabrics, seams… everything. You can tell a SHEIN dress from a mile away. Of course, they try to make their stuff look so nice on the site. And then you get it and looks like a bad copy of what they originally showed. Once I heard about the boycotting I was excited. Yay no more “for sure this thing will look nice this time, let me just order it” only to be disappointed.

I'm so done with Shein. I returned a bunch of stuff in a combined return and they only processed a return on half of them. The rest are showing as if I still have to ship them back. And there's no customer service to contact. I've tried and tried.
