Can anyone help with a suggestion for a date location? Couple is looking for a park idea. This is for a second marriage so they are older, about 65. I think the timing is like mid-late afternoon. So I'd prefer one that's not for kids as that would be noisy at that time. Just someplace they can walk around and talk, and maybe also has some places to sit down (in shade. or is that asking too much. Wink

They are in Boro Park, but can drive - in fact I'm sure they don't want to meet too many people so out is better, but not an hour drive I guess?

Please help! Thank you!

If it's a weekday they won't bump into too many people anywhere, what about Prospect Park?

I once went on date to battery park in the downtown Manhattan. It's beautiful to walk around by the water and nice views.

Bush Terminal park, entrance on 1 avenues and 43 street and there’s a parking lot in there, water walking path

They can walk along the belt by exit 5 there’s parking and some benches along the way.
Or botanical gardens is also a very nice idea. Will be a lot quieter.
Prospect park is always busy especially when it’s warmer out. I wouldn’t go there.

There are a lot of “out of town “ dates in the park in Cedarhurst . It’s beautiful and separate from the kids area . But it can be 45-1.5 hours from Bp depending on traffic
