Has anyone tried this, or is anyone aware of something better?

Olde English Scratch Cover sold in home depot, lowe's, amazon. Different formulas for light and dark color wood.
I've only used the dark color formula and it worked great at covering up scratches.

I wonder if theres something I can easily apply with a mop, as if Im washing the floors.
This item has to be applied to each scratch. Thats very time and energy consuming on a large floor.
Heres a question and answer on Amazon:
Q: How do I apply this to hard wood floors? do I need to wipe and buff like a stain or can I apply it with a mop? do I need a special mop head?
A: You will have to get down on your knees and apply directly to the scratch with a small cloth rag. Definitely, do not apply with a mop. You will have a mess. This is potent. It is not a floor polish.

Yes! Halloway House Quick Shine. You can get it from Walmart or Amazon. You will love it. Super easy to use.

The bottle says Use on unwaxed, polyurethane-finished wood floors ONLY. Product will not adhere to waxed or oiled floors. Hardwood floors with an acrylic-based coating must be thoroughly stripped before using this product.

Weird! Everyone I know who has wood floors, treated them with some protective finish.

Polyurethane IS a protective finish.

Sounds like the product I asked about in the OP would be useless on polyurethaned floors, which most are.

But restorer sounds like it replaces the shine, not that it fills in scratches.

That's bizarre, as the ad on Amazon quotes the label, saying it's for all floors "Hardwood, Laminate, Vinyl, Tile, Linoleum, Terracotta And More."
