I got basic flip phone from the actual store in Lakewood. Just calls & texts. (All phones nowadays are smart, just they 'kosherize' them by limiting its use.)
There are other places / websites too. Realize that if you dont get a kosher'ed phone (or filtered through a TAG office), even without a data plan, they will be able to get on the open internet with wifi.
Its been 3 years now (had to replace the phone once) and she has been complaining about getting a 'real' phone for a while now, so will have to deal with that when it comes.
