Advice on a tech career

Hi All

I am looking to get advice from people currently working in tech.

We are planning our Aliyah and I am planning to switch from business management into high tech and looking into the best role within tech that would suit me.

I am doing this for the salary and the hours flexibility to work around my young kids. I have always been tech savvy and pick up software fast, very organised, great at project management. No languages learnt yet, but im confident I’ll pick it up fast.

I’ve done a lot of research which brings me to a lot of non Jewish sites but looking for specific Jewish advice from people in the field (ideally in israel), looking to get answers on:

1. What area of tech are you in and what does your role/responsibilities include
2. What education route did you take
3. How did you find your job or do you have any job searching ideas
4. What is your approx salary and would you recommend it for salary progression & hour flexibility?
5. Any other area of tech you would recommend?
