How did they heat the chicken soup up?
If it’s just us we do salad, grilled chicken and or steak, cholent, maybe some franks in blanks or egg rolls. If we have guests we also do a fish course with ceviche or sushi nachos, at least 3 or 4 salads, and pulled beef or meat pizza.

We keep our chicken soup on the plata all shabbos. We host Friday nights but never shabbos lunch so our menu is often challah, fish, soup. Also, have neighbors that come over and enjoy the chicken soup for shaloshudes.
