Super easy and yum!
White Spelt challah:
4 1/2 Tbsp yeast and a bit of sugar in 1 c. Warm water 5 lbs white spelt flour
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
4 eggs
3 Tbsp salt
3 additional cups warm water
Knead dough
Let rise for 1 hour
Take challah
Braid/shape and bake right away at 415 degrees for 15 min, then lower temp to 375 for 1/2 hour
