this is my recipe:
(I am ashkenazi)

can of raw tehina
1/2 cup water
juice of 1 to 1 1/2 lemon
spices.

now since you want sefardi, I would imagine you put in your hot spices, otherwise it's thel regular, salt, lots of garlic powder or fresh garlic, and some paprika. it's delicious if you can add some dill.

1 cup tehina
1/2 - 1 cup water (depending on how thick or thin you want it)
juice of 3 lemons (9 tablespoons)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
2 cloves crushed garlic

You can also add a handful of chopped parsley leaves and a garlic clove.
I prefer to have somewhat coarser texture with a mortar and pestle,
crushed with a small amount of salt. Not all sephardi food is spicy!

This is very similar to "green tehina"/"green Lebanese tehina"
you can find in Israel. This is also great as a sauce for baked fish.
You just pour a bit on top of white fish and bake it in oven.
