If I keep my crockpot on the keep warm setting for the second days, would it work to heat up an already cooked brisket? Is it safe?

I know you can do it on a higher setting but never tried on warm.

I use the crockpot to warm my food. I put cooked food on high 2 hrs before the meal its perfect. Im not sure low would heat up enough.

different crock pots are different
when I used "keep warm" setting, the food spoiled
