Tbs. Salt/1/2 cup water. Mix
Try 1 Tbs potatoe starch, 1 tsp mayonaize, 1 cup oil, 1 cup selzer, 3 Tbs salt, 2 eggs, 1 pkg. Filberts, 1/2 apple, 3/4 cup sugar. Mix well

I mix salt into hot water. Keep adding salt and stirring until the salt no longer dissolves.

1 1/4 tsp salt for 1 cup boiling water

We pour lots of salt into boiling water and then when it cools down my kids taste it and always say it’s not enough salt. So we add lots more

I thought it comes with that kit in the judaica store with the readymade 10 pieces of bread for those who don’t know the instructions for making the bread pieces.

Use hot water. Pour salt in and mix. Pour more salt until you see salt on the bottom... there is only so much salt the water can "hold" based off molecular bonds...

I do 2 tsp salt in 1.5 c cold water

Interesting! I actually noticed that the salt didn’t want to melt.. So I scooped them out until I didn’t see any left and the water tastes saaaaalty. (I did your method but in reverse… lol)

Lol, just mix in hot water so it dissolves -
Guessing maybe teaspoon salt, to a cup water is a nice ratio?
