I am looking for this recipe but the web page seems to be broken. does anyone have it written down by chance and can share it?
I can't link it obviously, but you can Google search "The best pesach no mixer chocolate chip sticks (gluten free)" to see an image
Thanks!

Maybe someone has the My Pesach Kitchen cookbook? Add that to your title.

Thank you ra_mom!!!
These are the most incredible chocolate chip cookie sticks ever. I make them during the year as we prefer them over regular ones. I made some for a gluten free friend and she said they were the best ones she had ever tasted and she couldn't even tell that there was no flour.

I don't have almond flour. Do you think I can make this with just potato starch (total of 2 cups potato starch)?

Are they like biscotti or they really are like regular cookie sticks?

You can make a version without almond flour like this one using just potato starch. Will be more like blondies in texture.
1 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups potato starch
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 bag mini chocolate chips

Has anyone successfully subbed baking powder for baking soda in this recipe? These sound great, but I only have baking powder, no soda.
