What temperature does it need to be so I can use the oven for pesach cooking?

Consult your LOR but we’ve been told that after a thorough cleaning we should leave it on the highest temperature for 1.5 hours.
It’s best to change out the grates.

We were told that you can only kasher an oven for pesach if it has the self clean mode. Self clean mode is hotter than the highest oven temperature.
It runs for over 4 hours.

Yes also for pesach.
But for pesach, this can only be done after the oven has been cleaned with caustic cleaners, and if any spots remain, it has to be cleaned again (if spot still doesn't come off then it's fine) before kashering it at 550 for 40 minutes.
