What's are the most uncommon names you know personally? And their meanings if you know
I know:
Girls:
Itael (G-d is with her)
Adili (jewel for me)
Adiya (jewel of G-d)
Tifara (like Tiferet)
Kreincha (it's Yiddish and I don't know what it means)
Boys:
Ptachya (G-d opened, it is in Tanach)
Aner (appears somewhere in Tanach)
Asif (like the harvest)

Yes. I know someone with that name. No ideas as to what the meaning is . She has it paired with a common name and only goes by the common one.

Had a school classmate who went by an English name. On her bas mitzvah invitation it had only her Hebrew name, "yetta katrella"

It’s generally a shortened version of Fortuna or fortunie, which is very common in some scarcity circles.
