Looking for a 2-3 day getaway with kids. Would love a short flight. ( thats the thrill). From nj/ny Any ideas? Also need minyan and food. something budget freindly would be great. All ideas welcome!! thanks!!

Now? What time of year. Niagara Falls would be great, fly to buffalo and spend a couple days there.

Atlanta comes to mind as a good option - easy direct flight, minyan at Beth Jacob, a few good family friendly restaurants, Coca Cola factory with unlimited samples is a big hit with kids, wonderful aquarium - perfect for 2-3 days. San Antonio also has some amazing and unique attractions, though less food options and a longer flight.
