I wanted to make some pies and bought the crumb crusts for Pesach. I don't want anything with raw eggs and nothing fruit based. Any ideas for cheesecake recipes (maybe even with Greek yogurt), or anything else yummy and pretty? Maybe a Pesach chocolate chip pie--using a soft cookie type of filling?

Following. I’d love a cheesecake with greek yogurt if anyone has one that works. Pesach choc chip pie sounds good too.

Whip + anything! (choc chips, nuts, vanilla/almond extract etc)
Freeze it & its an ice cream cake too!
