he took one twenty minute nap since the morning.
And he is in a good mood now but not sure what to do. He falls asleep while nursing but when I put him into bed he refuses to sleep.
He was never a big sleeper but it's almost 4:00!
He's almost four months.

Oh man, no advice, but my baby was the same. Even as a newborn she could go 6-8 hours without sleeping. Yes, I tried putting her down early and being mindful of wake windows, but it just did not work with this kid like it did with others. Sometimes I would just hold her until she’s finally drift off and then keep holding her for a good 20-30 minutes more in the hopes of when I put her down, she’d stay. Sometimes worked.

My baby is similar. Sleeps at night but on a good day will have 2 30 minute naps. That's just has some babies are. Assuming he's happy and not overtired.
