Funny question:
I don't know if they still do this, but DL schools used to make a big deal about Rosh Chodesh Adar. Someone was chosen to be the "queen" and there was a whole hachtara event where she would surprise everyone with her identity and then present a funny takanon that everyone had to keep during Adar.
The question is: What was the title of the "queen"? It's not Malkat Adar or anything like that. There is a specific term that was used. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

The Rabbanit. And they still do a hachtarah with a takanon.
