If you're asking because of the war, I would say it's as safe as any other time.
You shouldn't go and stay up North by the Lebanese border though.
And you'd probably be best not to go up to Har Habayit during Ramadan - the police might not even allow it.
But apart from that, it's as safe as it always was be"H.

Most of Israel is not directly affected by the war on a day-to-day basis. The war is happening on the northern border and in Gaza. Most of Israel is functioning as normal.

Ham-*** either ran out of rockets or can't shoot them because the IDF is in the way, thank Gd. Few sirens in the past few weeks.

Most of Israel hasn't had sirens since December. Even the communities on the Gaza border have had very very few in recent weeks. And unless they're going to tour army bases and the sites of the massacre, most tourists have no reason to be anywhere near the Gaza border.

The whole of Israel is not a war zone.
B"h we have an army fighting in the Gaza strip - don't go there.
Most of the population in the North of Israel is not living at home at the moment. They are in designated hotels, or with relatives and friends.
So don't go and stay in the North.
The rest of Israel is safe as always.

IDF actions in Gaza have pretty much quelled all Hamas rocket launchings weeks ago.
The Northern border near Lebanon is still a place to avoid.
Other than that, it is safe. Many airlines which suspended service have announced that they are restarting flights to Israel.
Of course, I don't know what will happen on Ramadan... but nobody does.

There is a higher chance of flight cancellation if they don't fill them and you can be notified with little notice.
