Would any kind imas mind to post some tips?

There are a few threads with many useful tips and references.

You will also find interesting videos if you type "sourdough" in the youtube search field.

The youtube films show you how to do it and, most importantly, what it should look like.
Maybe there are also blogs with photos, where you can just read what they tell you on youtube.

Yes, there are. Enter "sourdough blog" in the google search function and you will find many blogs that explain it perfectly.
