We try to have some nicer foods in honor of the day, and probably will do some fun things for the Adar spirit. There is no formal celebration of Purim Katan.

Some people look for reasons to party. Not a minhag, just for fun.
Dh and his friends had a get together with wine and food. Learnt some stuff about purim together there too. Was a nice farbrengen. Good excuse for a get together

One of my kids did have a special program in school, but it was never marked at all when I was in school (as far as I remember anyway). And we don't do anything at home. Nor did my family or dh's family (Yeshivish, Litvish/Yekkish)
