DD 9 just asked me what she can do about her dark hairs on her upper lip. she's uncomfortable with it.
is she too young to start with bleaching?
she's my oldest. I have no clue lol.
also, does this mean anything in terms of developing? she's average height for her age and is very skinny. I was a late bloomer. I have don't know what to expect...

My very petite dark haired daughter has noticeable upper lip hair from a very young age, probably 6 years old. We've been bleaching since her 9 years old & it's working well. She's 12 now and didn't start to develop yet at all.

No, this is like a razor & not a good idea, especially for a young kid. It may make the hair grow back way more rough & noticeable.

No it's not at all like a razor
I've been using it for several years now

We use the Jolen mild formula.

Me too. It cuts the hair. It does the same job as a razor but it doesn't cut your skin.

I used sally hansen bleach for years. It irritated a little, so do it before bed, not before school or going somewhere

This is brilliant. I have been using it for a long time. Nothing like a razor and not painful at all. Also bought one for my daughter. It is so easy to use, can be used as often as you need.
I used bleach as a girl and hated it. And eventually it can stain the skin.
This little machine does not make hair grow back quicker at all.

I use Nair cream hair remover. It could be harsh on the skin so wipe it off if it burns.

My DD is 13 and I just started taking her to the salon for waxing because she was pestering me about how hairy she is (I could not see the hair personally) and she told me some girls in her grade have been having facial waxes for years. So that might be an option? It is very quick and relatively cheap.
